Julia helps people connect with supports, programs, and services that improve their well-being.
Her role is confidential and community-focused, helping residents across the Eastern Shore and Musquodoboit Valley find resources, build connections, and navigate wellness options.
Julia’s mission is simple: “I want to learn what wellness means to you. My role is to listen, share resources you might not know about, and help you find your own path forward.” Her role is funded by the Office of Addictions and Mental Health to help improve access to supports in rural communities.
