About the Program
This five-part workshop series offers practical strategies to strengthen your own mental well-being and support others. It builds resilience, fosters a supportive community, and enhances mental health literacy. The program has been thoughtfully developed by experienced facilitators to safely and respectfully navigate sensitive topics, while supporting diverse participant needs.
You can register for one workshop, or take all five. If you complete all five workshops, you will be awarded our Mental Wellness Ambassadors Program Certificate.
Part 1
The Basics of Mental Health & Wellness
This session focuses on general information on common mental health challenges, including tools and strategies we can use to help ourselves and others.
Part 2
Thoughts, Feelings, Actions: Creating a Healthy Inner Dialogue
This workshop will focus on how our own thoughts influence our mental wellness. It goes in depth on how our thoughts, feelings and actions influence our reality and beliefs.
Part 3
Mastering Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
In this session we will define self-awareness & emotional intelligence. We will also introduce a suite of strategies and tools for developing self-awareness, helping to build our emotional intelligence.
Part 4
Creating Psychological Safety for Yourself and Others
This session defines psychological safety and its role in fostering supportive environments. It focuses on practical techniques to build trust and encourage open communication within your personal and professional communities.
Part 5
The Five Vitamins of Flourishing
This session introduces the concept of flourishing as a combination of feeling good and functioning well. It explores five key "vitamins"—Positive Relationships, Learning, Work, Spirituality, and Play—to help you build an actionable plan to activate your potential for a fuller life.
