Our Programs & Services
At The Well-Being HUB, we promote a sense of community and belonging by offering a wide range of programs and services to enhance the overall well-being of residents, including social prescribing initiatives that connect individuals with community resources, activities, and support networks tailored to their needs.
Navigation Services
Our Navigators are community links, helping community members access resources, navigate systems, connect with necessary care and other supports. They also provide information about services, practical supports, and connections to community resources.

Neurodiverse Household
Peer Support Group
Caring for a neurodivergent loved one can be deeply meaningful—but also isolating and overwhelming at times. This peer support group offers a safe, inclusive, and confidential space for caregivers to connect with others who understand the journey. NOTE: THIS PROGRAM IS ON PAUSE FOR THE SUMMER.

The Mental Wellness Ambassadors Program
If you struggle with your mental health, or caregive, work or volunteer with someone who does, the Mental Wellness Ambassadors Program has been designed with you in mind.

Community Programming
We offer workshops and information sessions that educate on topics related to mental health & wellness, aging in place, managing chronic disease, and those that address the social determinants of health. Some of our programming is designed to provide the opportunity to connect socially, bringing community members of all ages together to learn new skills and have fun.
